Cancellation Policy – The Clean Closet

At The Clean Closet, we understand that sometimes orders may need to be cancelled. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.

Order Cancellation

Customers can request cancellation of their order within 24 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation Conditions

• Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped

• Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If the cancellation request is approved:

• The refund will be processed within 2 to 4 business days

• The amount will be refunded through the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund may be processed through:

• UPI

• Bank Transfer

Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders may not be cancelled in the following cases:

• Order already shipped

• Custom or special-order products

• Bulk/wholesale orders after confirmation
