At The Clean Closet, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Policy

Customers can request a return under the following conditions:

• The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

• The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• Original tags and packaging are intact

Return Request Duration

• Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used or washed products

• Products without original tags/packaging

• Items purchased during clearance or special sale offers

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund process will begin.

Refund Processing Time

• Refunds are processed within 2 to 4 business days after approval

Refund Mode

Refunds will be credited through the same payment method used during purchase, including:

• UPI

• Bank Account

• Debit/Credit Card

• Wallet Payments

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be asked to provide bank account or UPI details for refund processing.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for:

• Size issues

• Wrong product received

• Damaged items

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment confirmation. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
